Jo, I contacted you as I was sick of spending all day taking calls instead of getting on with the work. From the moment I first spoke to you all my questions were answered and you knew all the technical questions too! This made me sign up for the virtual receptionist service there and then. When you joined our team you took full responsibility of STEM global admin, coordination, induction and events for the quality control department. This role was getting tougher and tougher to do.
