Jo, I contacted you as I was sick of spending all day taking calls instead of getting on with the work. From the moment I first spoke to you all my questions were answered and you knew all the technical questions too! This made me sign up for the virtual receptionist service there and then.
I was set up on your system with a couple of days and had a walkthrough of how to use the app supplied. Due to my phone I couldn’t set up a call divert without diverting all my calls but Jo quickly spoke to her technical department and managed to find a way to get it working exactly how I wanted it to. When you joined our team you took full responsibility of STEM global admin, coordination, induction and events for the quality control department. This role was getting tougher and tougher to do.
