With this in mind we are very proud and excited to state that with effect from 1st December 2019 we will be able to offer a telephone reception service.
Our Reception service can simply be to cover for when you are busy or for specific dates and times such as out of hours etc. Our new telephone system will allows us to differentiate clients contact details and also email a full recording of the call to our clients, or process any work accordingly.
So what does this mean to our valued existing clients, well this is an upgrade to our new communications hub.
Existing clients will be contacted soon giving you access to our 3CX system. Follow the simple steps within the email on your phone and this will give you access to our new communications hub. You will have a direct link to JSP Virtual at anytime and all calls no matter where you are in the world are completely free, you will never have to pay to contact your JSP admin support again.
This system will also upgrade our video conferencing facility allowing us to communicate with all our clients in a more structured way offering an interactive whiteboard facility as well as full recording of online meetings for reference post event, that’s without mentioning the high level of quality both audio and video. With an inmeeting chat box for questions or queries and a document sharing functionality that goes far beyond anything we have used before this upgrade will make collaboration with our clients seamless and effective.
